How Do I Register?
For those wishing to purchase tickets on the door, there will be a additional processing fee added to the price. If you would like to avoid the additional fee, please pre-book your tickets
Can I share my ticket out?
Please note that tickets are non-transferable so tickets cannot be shared out amongst individuals. However, please note you can buy a day or session ticket
If you are not able to attend this event due to an unforeseeable circumstance, Equippers Church will be able to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Passing on your ticket
If you are unable to attend and you would like to pass your ticket on to someone else, contact us at least 7 days before the event with the name of the person taking your ticket. Please note that tickets cannot be shared amongst different people and each individual needs their own ticket to gain access to the conference
Upon check-in, each delegate will be given a wristband. The wristbands allow you entry into the main auditorium. If you lose your wristband, you will need to purchase another for a fee of £2.50
What is there for kids?
Momentum is a great opportunity for you and your whole family to encounter God and get equipped for the coming year. As well as a great programme for adults, we have fantastic programmes for kids aged 1 - 13 years. Make sure you book your kids in for Momentum Minis, Momentum Kids or Ignite Momentum.
Provision will only be given during sessions, and all parents will need to collect their child/children at the beginning of all breaks.
Momentum Minis – For children aged 1 and walking to children in reception
Momentum Kids – For children in school years 1 – 5
Ignite – For children in school years 6 – 8
Please note we will also have a baby room available with a live link to the main auditorium.
What are the nearest transport links?
Woking Station is approximately 5 minutes from the theatre. Upon exiting the station, cross the road and take the stairs down to a pedestrian path on your left, Church Walk. Go to the end of the road, then turn left onto Commercial Way. Turn right on Marcia Walk and walk to the end to Victoria Way. Turn left, and the theatre is on your left.
The New Victoria Theatre is attached to the Peacocks Centre in central Woking, easily accessible from the M25 (Jct 10,11), M3 (Jct 3) and A3. Undercover parking for 2,500 cars is available in the Peacocks. The Blue car park is the closest to the theatres / cinemas, the entrance for both being found on level one.

The New Victoria Theatre is situated in the centre of Woking with many cafes and restaurants nearby.
During the coffee break you may want to visit Taylor’s Coffee, Starbucks, Costa, or Pret a--Manger.
There is also a food court located downstairs in the Peacock Centre with many fast food outlets including KFC, McDonalds, and Subway.
For dinner there are a variety of restaurants including Bill’s, Café Rouge, Carluccio’s, Las Iguanas, and more.
There are nine wheelchair spaces in the back row of the Royal Circle and one wheelchair space in the Stalls. Please let one of our hosts know when you arrive if you need one of these spaces.
